Dragon+ #36 -NPC Spotlight

At the start of 2021, WOTC Creative Lead Adam Lee and myself started a new column in the digital Dragon+ Magazine for Dungeons & Dragons. In each issue, our goal is to create new characters, items and quest prompts for players to use in their games as they see fit.
